Not all cars have wet belts. The engines that commonly use this design include some Ford wet-belt engines and Stellantis 1.0 and 1.2 PureTech petrol engines; the Peugeot, Citroen, and Vauxhall 1.5 BlueHDi diesel is better known for a camshaft-chain issue, so it should be checked by the exact engine variant.
